Elora Herberick is a self-proclaimed explorer, aspiring writer, and sushi fanatic. She is a natural yogi and feels her best immersed in nature or adventuring in a new place while trying exotic foods and meeting new people. An avid hiker and foreign food enthusiast; basically she likes to walk places where there will be copious amounts of food present. Elora spends most of her time daydreaming about far away places, running around, learning new languages, and cooking up a storm. With a Bachelors Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Central Connecticut State University, she is currently in her second year as a Teaching Collaboration and Community Service (TCCS) Peace Corps Volunteer; serving in Northeastern Thailand. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Peace Corps Thailand Magazine- Sticky Rice where she, along with other Thailand PCVs share culture, insight, and happiness with the world.
Elora thrives on humor, her creative sensibilities, and using fancy vocabulary words that probably don’t mean what she thinks they mean.
